Meat and Eid celebrations go hand-in-hand, but refrain from eating meats loaded with extra fat and calories. Instead, try this boneless peppery chicken that tastes just as great and is still diet-friendly. Hereâ€™s the recipe.
1. In a pan, heat oil, add mustard seeds, saunf, ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute.
2. Add onions and cook till golden-brown and then add chicken pieces, mix well.
3. Add all the other masalas and allow to cook for sometime.
4. When chicken is half cooked, add tomatoes, cover the pan and let it cook well.
5. Serve with chapatis.
